Looking for some steak cooking tips?
  1. Bring to Room Temperature: Allow your steak to sit out until it reaches room temperature, about 20 minutes before cooking. This helps ensure even cooking.
  2. Preheat Your Pan: Heat your pan or grill until very hot before adding the steak to achieve a good sear.
  3. Oil and Season: Lightly oil the steak instead of the pan and season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper to enhance flavour.
  4. Don't Overcrowd: Cook one or two steaks at a time. Overcrowding the pan can reduce the temperature and prevent proper searing.
