It's available in pieces up to 3kg, perfect for gathering everyone around the table. Please note 1 kg should feed 4 adults, so choose your preferred weight based on the amount of people dining - 2 kg for 8 people, 3 kg for 12.
Simple Cooking Guideline for Roasting
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Season the beef generously with salt, pepper, and your favourite herbs.
- Roast in the oven until it reaches your desired doneness; approximately 20 minutes per pound for medium-rare.
- Rest the meat for at least 10 minutes before slicing to retain its juices.
